What is TransAtlasDB?

TransAtlasDB is an integrated database system from transcriptome analysis data.

TransAtlasDB is a sophisticated system, which uses a hybrid architecture of both relational and NoSQL databases.
This system provides a uniform data storage and extraction mechanism with an extensive array of tools for streamlining data mining and serves as an organism-independent central data repository for gene-expression analysis and transcriptomic variants, such as single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), insertions and deletions (InDels) from the different bioinformatic tools used from transcriptome analysis.

TransAtlasDB FrameWork.
TransAtlasDB provides an integrated transcriptome and expressed variant analysis platform for convenient access to investigate potential patterns or research interests across different RNAseq analysis, in this case, gene expression profiling and variant detection analysis.

Further information can be provided in the usage documentation.
